Whether any special measures are to be put in place to prevent election violence by the SAPS in this Province ?
What steps will the SAPS be taking to liaise with the relevant political parties so that there can be rapid reaction if problems arise?
In the light of the fact that these elections will be more tightly contested than in previous years, has the SAPS received any request from the IEC for additional manpower at polling stations?
Is there an overall safety plan in place to ensure that elections will be free and fair?
